Impact 3 significant update released!

On the seventh anniversary of the original release of Impact3, 4D are
pleased to announce the release of version 3.26 with further 
enhancements to the popular Relational Database package. As a result of 
about 300hrs work on the part of the programmer, Impact3 has had 
numerous bugfixes, both major and minor, and many enhancements since the 
previous version. The full list of changes (over 50 bugfixes and 
enhancements) is available from the Impact webpage at 
http://www.cjemicros.co.uk/4d/Circle/Impact/ Highlights include:

* Improved text and date handling in action scripts, with new functions
   and bug-fixes.
* Null dates and times introduced.
* Improvements to card editing. Deleting fields should no longer corrupt
   a database.
* Delete, Home and End keys now work on RISC OS 5 in the expected way.
* Drag operations can be cancelled by pressing Escape.
* Many other improvements and bug-fixes.

We would strongly recommend users to upgrade to this latest version as 
this fixes some serious long-standing bugs in earlier versions which 
could cause database corruption in certain circumstances.

Upgrades cost 10GBP. Please return your original disc for upgrading or 
bring your disc to the Wakefield Show for an upgrade while you wait!
