The controls are fine! Switch to the setting where A/B place up/down ones, and L/R place left/right ones!

Yeah, I tried that but I still kept sending the cats straight in to my rocket!

Also, there was an annoying pause as the rockets took off and in some lighting conditions it was hard to see the colours of the rockets.

Unregistered user What are peoples favourite games?

Mine are:

RISC OS

1. Alone in the Dark
2. Exodus
3. Heroes of Might and Magic 2

Other Platforms

1. Rez (Dreamcast, PS2)
2. Skies of Arcadia (Dreamcast)
3. Advance Wars (GBA)

Multiplayer I'm a firm believer that multi players are best played with 4 mates round a TV. Internet multiplayers will never be able to compete - except maybe TEK. grin

1. Micro Machines (Mega Drive) I've spent hours on this one, 'punting' enemies off the sponges!
2. Virtua Tennis 2 & NBA 2K2 (Dreamcast)
3. Goldeneye (N64)

Most anticipated

1. TEK smile
2. Super Monkey Ball (Game Cube)
2. V-Rally 3 (GBA)

Yep, Starfighter 3000. Love it. Also had to go through rehab after being addicted to Dune II a few yrs back.

Other than that, nothing beats some gratuitous violence with Quake II (or similar) on playstation grin

Ooooh - Crazy Tazi is a lot of fun! I like it more then the sequal but the second one is good for a mess about too.

Multiplayer

1. FIFA '95 (Megadrive)
2. Mega Bomberman (Megadrive)

I like all those type games. Marsquake is great too. grin

3. Chu Chu Rocket (Dreamcast)

That game is just insane! I loved it so much on the dreamcast that I got it on the GBA as well but the controls were terrible so I took it back. unhappy

True.

I think the pause is where it saves the results - bit of bad timing, really.

Still, you can't complain at having over 2500 levels to complete smile

Hehehe. I don't know if Crazy Taxi will have a top down view or a proper 3D one but I know the GBA is capable of good looking 3D racing games!
