Unregistered user | I can't be bothered to trog round Dixons and places. Is this some kind of bargain? And is it any good in terms of the product? http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000062YJV/qid=1016468687/sr=2-4/ref=sr_2_3_4/ |

Unregistered user | I want a minidisc recorder, so I can go around recording decent quality sounds. Then when I get my Omega, I can use ProSound and StudioSound to create some fantastic music and get on the John Peel show, or Mixing It. |

Unregistered user | Very odd music. I had ideas of recording the noises on a bus journey and using that as a backing beat -- all the bumps and noises have quite a rhythm when you listen carefully. |

Unregistered user | Because I need something small and unobtrusive that won't get me thrown off the bus when I get it out in public. |

Unregistered user | I had the idea at least three years ago, but as yet don't have the hardware to execute it! Thanks, Microdigital. |

Unregistered user | Why would anyone want an MD recorder/player anyway? I'd go for a 2nd hand DAT recorder.. but I guess I'm just plain silly maybe a big 16 track recorder is better |

Why would anyone want an MD recorder/player anyway? I am a man. It's a cool gadget. I can't help it. |

I want a minidisc recorder, so I can go around recording decent quality sounds. Then when I get my Omega, I can use ProSound and StudioSound to create some fantastic music and get on the John Peel show, or Mixing It. What sort of music? The build quality of consumer electronics just isn't what it used to be. My Sony MD player remote has died (70 quid for a replacement) and the recorder part has gone flakey, and refuses to write indexes to the MDs half the time. Pah, that'll teach me to be such an early adopter...

It's not bad. Not amazing, but I doubt you'll do better without serious effort (or TCR). Not the best MD player either. But not bad. Overall, not bad |
