Yes, I managed to knock the server out again last night, and couldn't reach the people at Freedom2 to get it sorted. It appears that, in it's current overheated state, my processing my digital photos in to a web page stresses it too much. Won't be doing that again for a while.

Anyway, just heard that the 1U server should be going up to London next Saturday (July 10th?) so things should start running a lot more smoothly then. I hope.

They must have gone downhill now that you (and presumably PV) have left :)

Nope, PV is still here. He was off yesterday though, as was I. Although I leave on Friday, so I won't be here to reboot TIB any more :P

That is, of course, assuming PV actually does it ;)

Unless he wants us to post more pictures of him ;)

Pfft. What a shonky server. Are large amounts of sticky tape and blu tack involved in holding it together? :P

The server's fine under normal circumstances. It was never designed to run in an office that, when someone closes the door or forgets to leave the aircon running, heats the comms cab so hot that you can't touch it.
