Clocks differ by as much as 10-20 minutes. Quartz is not that inaccurate |

Quartz is not that inaccurateMy wristwatch drifts by about 1 minute a month, but quartz can be quite accurate, you just need to keep it at a completely constant temperature. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_oven Of course, if you're going to that level, try a rubidium or ceasium atomic clock or even a hydrogen maser. Admittedly they'll all a lot less easy to put on your wrist. |
