Obviously they chose Cambridge for purely nostagical reasons wink

Posters eh? Hmm... This forum is swinging to "what can we do to kick RISC OS into the mainstream." A worthy cause though smile

Where are you going to put your posters then?

Also, maybe a selection from RiscStation (or, hmmm... Microdigital) tongue would be more appropriate for us financially challenged <saracox> Stuwdents </saracox> ?

Unregistered user Kick, drag, whatever, I don't care as long as RISC OS is placed precisely where it belongs - on the majority of desktop computers! wink

The University Of Leeds Music Department is my first victim for the posters. I have obtained approval from the Head Composition tutor and they should go up tomorrow. Maybe the union next, although I suspect they won't let me because it is a commercial advert and they're not getting paid :-/

Indeed RiscStation and Microdigital should follow Castle's example and start sending out the freebies! There's plenty of people out there who will quite happily hand out leaflets and stick up posters for the Good Cause.

How about paying some poor students to hand out leaflets to other poor students around universities? It works for night clubs and other businesses, why not for Acorn?
