Posts: 12380 		Get there early. There were no standalone remotes, and there weren't enough Wii Plays to fill all the pre-orders. We were given numbers as we arrived, and at midnight went up to the till in order to buy what we wanted.

Can you use the waving-around of the Wiimote to control the cursor in the DVD menus?

Posts: 1291 		Can it even play CDs? I've not tried. Nintendo are very careful not to call the discs "CDs", but I suspect they are very similar in terms of capacity.

Congrats to all who got theirs! Over here it was almost impossible to secure a pre-order. Did you queue up early just to get it at midnight, or did you have to?
