WebChange is a support tool for website designers and maintainers who mark up their HTML by hand. The software allows repetitive changes to be made across all the pages of a web site - and it's cheaper than paying your web host for PHP. Soft Rock are currently rewriting the software to make it 32 bit savvy and to remove the user interface's dependency on WimpBasic, as well as improving the functionality.
Back in mid November, Soft Rock announced that the old (current) 26 bit version would be available to download for free from their web site in December. You might have forgotten this was to happen, so here's the reminder: you can get it from here. If you 'purchase' the 26 bit version now for £15 inc VAT you can get a free upgrade to the all singing, all dancing new 32 bit version once it is released, avoiding the price rise.
